One of my goals from the beginning has been to create a business where my family and the families of my employees could feel like they are a part of what we are building. I am so grateful that I have been able to share the love I have for this business with my grandkids and the children of my employees.
The Young Entrepreneur’s Market is one of my favorite shop events and definitely part of my favorite memories! We’ve been hosting these Markets for budding business owners twice a year for the past 4 years and every time I am amazed!
This memory is not really about the website. It’s about the people and the process that created it. I am very good at having ideas and thankfully realize that I can’t always bring those ideas into reality on my own. That’s where these two smart women come into play.
September 29, 2015 was a big night. It was our First Ladies Night Out and the first time we ever had people waiting in line to walk in our doors!
The year 2020 is one that will never be forgotten for many reasons, good and not so good.
One wouldn’t think that a checkout counter would be much of a story, but because we’re the place where “everything has a story,” we actually have several to tell! Whenever we’ve needed a new counter, instead of purchasing a brand new one, Wanda found a way to be resourceful and upcycle something from the past.
