The Perfect Pair Consignment Options 

The Perfect Pair is a unique and special place.  We invite you to come for a visit, browse through our rooms, and see all the fun we have.  We take pride in what we do here and we hope that it shows.  If you would like to be part of what we are creating at The Perfect Pair by having a business within our business, there are several options from which Consignors may choose: 

  1. Consignment of items in our Warehouse
  2. Consignment of repurposed or refinished items in our Showroom
  3. Booth Rental 

Option #1 and #2:  CONSIGNMENT TERMS

  • 60/40 split of items in the Warehouse; 70/30 split of repurposed, refinished or handmade items in the Showroom.  IThe Perfect Pair will work with the Consigner to set the retail price of each item,  with The Perfect Pair having final say
  • A fee of 3.25% will be charged for the sale of items purchased by any type of credit card 
  • Merchandise accepted by appointment only
  • Website options available if interested. 

BRINGING IN YOUR ITEMS:

  • For large items, the Consigner must submit a photo for approval before delivery; please email photo(s) to theperfectpair01@gmail.com

  • On site viewing may be arranged for full or partial estates

CONDITION:

Acceptable items must be clean, free of rips or tears, stains, smoke or pet odors and sun fading.  The 

Perfect Pair reserves the right to refuse any item if it is deemed to be in an unacceptable condition upon arrival.

 

ITEMS WE ACCEPT: 

Furniture,Home décor including lamps, art, vintage electronics,Minimal pottery, vases, dishes, and glass.  Salvage items: architectural, industrial, agricultural , women’s fashion, clothing, purses, jewelry

ITEMS THAT ARE NOT ACCEPTED:

Bedding, draperies, computers, printers, newer electronics, newer small appliances.

Option #3:  BOOTH RENTAL TERMS   

  • Monthly rent :  $1.75 per square foot plus 15% of sales. Item placed on website plus 15%.
  • A fee of 3.25% will be charged for the sale of items purchased by any type of credit card 
  • First month’s rent is due upon signing. Additional months rent will be deducted from sales on the last day of the month. If sales do not exceed rent, end of the month check will be held until rent is paid. 

BASIC INFO:

  • Consigners may work on their space during the following times: 
    • Thursday-Friday 7:00am-10:00am
    • Saturdays 8am-10am
    • Or by appointment
  • Consigners are welcome to “fluff up” and bring in a small amount of items any time during regular business hours, with discretion and consideration for our customers.
  • Monthly inventory on your booth should be done monthly and any discrepancy emailed to theperfectpair100@gmail.com
  • Electricity is available in some spaces and hook up will be at your expense. 
  • The Perfect Pair welcomes Consigners to make their space their own by decorating it and not just filling it full of “stuff”.  Walls and partitions must be made out of repurposed items such as doors, windows, or barn wood.  The Perfect Pair is a no peg board zone.
  • All items must be clean, free of rips or tears, stains, smoke or pet odors and sun fading. 
  • Consigners will provide an inventory of items to be entered into our point of sale system and do a monthly inventory of what is in their booth. https://form.jotform.com/82385453100147
  • Once a Consigner Application is submitted, The Perfect Pair will review the application and photos.  The Consigner will be contacted if their items are a match for the business goals of The Perfect Pair.
  • Booth renters are required to work 4 Saturdays a year in the warehouse assisting customers
